Last year’s Minutes

Minutes of the 2019 AGM, held on 13th March 2020 having now been posted on the Club’s website where read in full and then Proposed by David Still and Seconded by Moira Still as a full and faithful record.

Matters arising

  1. Weekend outings: There was no support for weekend outings.
  2. Competition Rules and Draws: With new handicap system in place since last AGM, new handicap allowances were confirmed for each competition and can be found under competition rules on the website. Draw format was discussed including top player getting continuous home advantage. It was decided to continue with current format, however each competition winner would be bottom of the draw next season.
  3. Members data: For data protection, members emails and phone numbers will not be displayed on the website. A file will be sent to the members with the relevant information at the time of competition draws.
  4. Increase of yearly subs to £35.  To keep in line with our Ferguson Bequest funding and increases in outing costs and deposits it was proposed that our yearly subs should be increased by £5 to £35.  This was agreed unanimously around the table and will commence in season 2024.
